Holiday Wish Lists

This is the season for giving and thinking about what we are thankful for. We at the West End Community Center would ask that you not give to us, but back to community.

We have families in our neighborhood who struggle to provide their children some of the basic necessities, and we would like to fulfill some of these mothers' wish lists for their children. We will be collecting donations through December 14th to aid the Temporary Home for Women and Children in their efforts to provide winter clothing, books, and small toys for children in need, as well as toiletries for the families. We invite you to join our wrapping and packing party on Sunday, December 13th at 2pm, to prepare the gift donations for the December 16th Holiday Party at the Temporary Women and Children's Shelter.

In addition, we will be partnering with St. Joseph's Parish in gathering community donations to distribute to the homeless who reside in our neighborhood. Community donations will be accepted through January.

Please consider donating an item for a child, for a family, or for the homeless. To pledge a donation, just fill out the donation form on our Holiday Wish Lists page.
