The ABCD North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center (NE/WE NSC) held its Halloween party on Friday, October 23rd. The ABCD North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center (NE/WE NSC) offers a free home-cooked meal every week on Mondays and Fridays at 1:00PM.
