About the West End Community Center
The West End Community Center (WECC) is an independent, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization located in the West End neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The WECC was established in January 2008 by the West End Civic Association with the primary goal of providing multi-generational programming and services to meet the diverse social, educational, cultural, and recreational needs of individuals and families working and residing in the West End. Through quality programs, collaborative partnerships, and volunteer support, the WECC seeks to build and foster a strong sense of urban community and improve the quality of life for residents of all ages.
The WECC is currently located in a spacious 1,300 sq. ft. center at One Congress Street, with easy access to the Haymarket train station and Government Center parking garage. With the generous support of our sponsors, the WECC has been able to offer a wide variety of events and programs to the community over the years, including:

This past August, the community celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the West End Children’s Festival, with over 1,500 attendees and the generous support of over 75 participating businesses and organizations.
The WECC aims to continue offering a variety of youth and adult programs and strives to collaborate with the community in our efforts to diversify our programming. Please email us using the form below if you have an idea for a future program, service, or event or if you represent a local organization and would like to co-program with the WECC.
