WECC is dedicated to fostering genuine social interaction and maintaining a steady rhythm of activity within the Center and throughout the neighborhood. Programming focuses on low-or-no-cost experiences that bring neighbors together across generations and backgrounds, strengthening connection and a sense of belonging.
